Requirement already up-to-date: six in LibraryPython2.7site-packages.

Under the framework directory, there is an Extras directory and six package is already placed there.

This means all packages already exists in SystemLibraryFrameworksPython.frameworkVersions2.7Extras cant upgrade.

My fix was to use easyinstall instead of pip, as it utilizes LibraryPython2.7site-packages for module installation instead of the SystemLibraryFrameworksPython.frameworkVersions2.7Extras.

If this workaround is not an option for you, then I can confirm that Masakazu Matsushita has the correct workaround of setting PYTHONPATH to LibraryPython2.7site-packages.
